Ihab Marcus is the Principal and Director of Client Services at 3 Cords Consulting. His professional passion is helping organizations run more efficiently and enhance employee morale to improve performance and the bottom line.
He brings over 15 years of experience working with organizations ranging from non-profits to multi-national corporations, and has managed partnerships with Fortune 100 companies.
Ihabb maintains speaking engagements in the Northern Virginia area with local business groups, Human Resources organizations, and Marymount University, where he completed his MBA in 2005.
